Shredy is all about helping companies manage their employees' data, and they wanted to make sure that the product they were building was intuitive and personalized. The challenge we faced was creating something that would be simple enough for users who were unfamiliar with the product but also have enough depth and flexibility for those who used it regularly. We needed to balance ease of use with features like custom workflows and complex reporting tools.

To solve this problem, we organized all of our information into user journeys so that everyone could easily understand how they were supposed to interact with Shredy's platform. We used information architecture to prioritize and ensure that the user can understand the concept by just a glance. We also analyzed every step for any potential friction points or usability problems.

The color scheme chosen for this project were green and gray, which are easy on the eyes. Using this colors, ensured that an HR manager, can use the app for as long as they’d like without pressure on the eyes. The mascot we added improved the engagement and added a character to the user interface.

We wanted a fresh look that would appeal to both employees and employers alike. We had an idea: why not create a mascot? From there, we were able to build out the rest of the branding around him using green and gray tones to communicate the sustainability of the solution., while still maintaining a professional image.

We were able to bring the brand to life with a memorable branding that perfectly captured Shredy's spirit, in combination with simple and intuitive UX that can help a new user easily get onboarded and start using the app immediately. Structuring the website in the most appropriate manner, helped Shredy in their sales process, while the style guide ensured that the app and the website are consistent and keep the retention rates high.
