The Challenge

The challenge of this project was to develop a mobile app that effectively streamlines the complex order management tasks faced by store representatives in the FMCG industry. Balancing the need to create accurate bulk orders, monitor sales targets in real-time, and manage returns and refunds efficiently. Achieving this balance and providing a clear, intuitive solution to guaranty the productivity and satisfaction of store reps was the main goal of the application.

Our goal was to ensuring optimal performance across all mobile devices and screen sizes. Through comprehensive user research. The focus was on providing intuitive navigation for managing orders & track in real-time all designed to enhance user satisfaction and productivity on mobile platforms. Developing an app that is convenient for on-the-spot use near the shelves, allowing store team members to quickly identify and resolve stock issues as they arise
