The Challenge
One of the main challenges of the Re:benefit portal was how to differentiate the platform from its competitors. Secondly, taking into account the diversity of employee benefits, the Fram crew had to build a user experience path that ensured their unique needs and preferences. Lastly, building the branding from scratch, essentially transforming an idea on a piece of paper into an aesthetic visual identity, was a crucial step in establishing the digital presence of Re:Benefit.

As a smart employee benefits platform, we needed to position and distinguish Re:Benefit from competitors. Our solution began with user research to understand user needs and desires. Afterward, user testing and competitor analysis were conducted to refine the platform's user journey, ensuring it was personalized for each user. This user-centric approach led to a Re:benefit Portal that offers an engaging experience, cultivating employee engagement and team spirit, even in remote work settings.
