In the first place, elevating the User Experience to a more user-friendly level, ensuring alignment with the corporate identity, and effectively displaying extensive information within the single-view Allianz Portal were the faced challenges. Moreover, Allianz wanted us to build a design that was not only intuitive but also responsive on both desktop and mobile devices, all while working within the constraints of the already developed back-end system and its limitations system.

The process began with competitive analysis and user research to study and understand the banking environment and business philosophy. We then simplified the user journey within the web application based on individual user information. We aligned this with the backend system, resulting in a more user-friendly Allianz Portal that reduced the need for customer support.

The challenge we faced during the user interface development was to develop clear and informative screens that are aligned with the corporate brand. Translating graphics into a digital product. We crafted a large amount of information within a single-view portal (experience without scroll) with aesthetic appeal and visual hierarchy.

The result was a transformed Allianz Portal with a user-friendly, intuitive design following the corporate identity. The functional interface met the demands of users without the need for excessive scrolling, accessing effective and informative content across both desktop and mobile platforms. Whether individual or business, the adapted personalized roles created efficient and seamless customer experience.
