The challenges for M-Tower encompassed crafting a digital identity for the building through a website, aligning the logo with the essence of the structure, and ensuring an intuitive user experience for selling residential and office spaces. This included the need for seamless navigation, clarity in communication, and responsiveness to accommodate visitors on mobile devices.

Fram crew designed a minimalistic website that mirrors the building's modern and uncompromising character. We conveyed the message of M-Tower being a place to build successful roots for residents and prosperous futures for businesses. We employed icons to highlight the building's functions and advantages and developed UX-focused copywriting to emphasize its selling points. The seamless navigation and quick access to property contact information were integrated to make the experience user-friendly and help the company achieve its business goals. Fram crew combined marketing and UX copywriters, to create a seamless experience that guides that allow the user to easily understand the content, while achieving higher conversion rates. Additionally, a fully responsive version ensured accessibility across all devices.

We crafted a clean and futuristic website design with minimalistic aesthetics. The homepage welcomes visitors with a hero section containing a video which follows the latest design trends and ensuring a competitive edge. Interactive illustrations featuring 3D models were used to showcase available apartments and office spaces, setting M-Tower apart in a competitive market while ensuring  the design allows the user to understand the unique proposition of the building. Our design aimed to captivate users with aesthetic appeal and distinct icons, ensuring the presentation of M-Tower was both engaging and visually unique.

The branding included the creation of an original logo, the development of brand guidelines, and the selection of color palette to communicate the platform's essence. The logo was carefully designed to symbolize the intelligence and innovation embedded within Re:benefit. The extensive style guide ensured that the brand's visual identity remained consistent across all elements of the platform, reinforcing its uniqueness. The choice of vibrant orange represents positivity and energy and blue color portrays freedom and trust which communicate Re:benefit's smart and trustworthy identity.

The culmination of our work led to a unique digital presence for M-Tower, providing a user-friendly and intuitive interface that reflects its modern essence. The interactive illustrations and distinct design elements set it apart within the competitive real estate market in Bulgaria. The branding efforts strengthened M-Tower's identity as an innovative and luxurious architectural marvel.
