To address the complex process of user registration and document submission for business financing on the website of Fintrade, the user registration flow was thoroughly redesigned, ensuring ease of navigation and step-by-step guidance through registration forms and document submission. The emphasis was on accessibility and customer satisfaction, resulting in a more user-friendly experience. Clear instructions were provided to users, eliminating confusion about the required steps. Furthermore, a mobile version of the platform was developed to enhance accessibility. Website and mobile version loading times were optimized for a smoother user journey.
