Job Description
As a Marketing & Innovation Specialist at Fram Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B tech companies through creative projects aimed at generating growth, driving innovation, and ensuring the longevity of their product lifecycles. This role will require a deep understanding of marketing, technology, and innovation trends, as well as the ability to execute innovative strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Creative Business or a related field
Proven experience in marketing and innovation roles, preferably within the B2B tech industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Hands-on experience with social media marketing, content calendars and social media community management
Experience with email marketing, segmentations and email journeys
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Perfect English and Bulgarian because you will be working with the global trendsetters.
